Expression Networks is looking for a full-time Software Architect / Technical Proposal Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. You will be responsible for creating high-level software and system architectures based on client interaction and Request for Proposals, using the latest DevOps paradigms and web-based technologies. You will articulate these architectures in detailed, targeted, and compelling graphics and text to our clients via white papers and proposal responses. You will support the business development team as the primary technical representative. Travel up-to 15% may be required.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related STEM discipline
  • Demonstrated experience defining and creating software architectures and designs
  • Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and DevOps paradigms
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical proposal efforts
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills
  • DoD Secret security clearance or higher
